New cases against Armenian terrorists to be sent to court - Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev
Baku/10.05.21/Turan: Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev told reporters on Monday that new criminal cases against Armenian terrorists who fought in Karabakh are nearing completion.
He reminded that one criminal case against the Lebanese citizen has already been sent to Baku military court.
"Criminal cases against other terrorists are nearing completion," Kamran Aliyev said, adding that international organizations have been informed of Armenians' crimes against Azerbaijani civilians.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani State Security Service discovered that Vigen Euldjekjian, a Lebanese citizen born in 1979, accepted an offer from Hovak Kikian, also a Lebanese citizen, to participate in military operations in Azerbaijan's occupied territories as a mercenary for $2500.
On 29 September 2020, together with other individuals as part of an organized group, he crossed the state border of Azerbaijan from Armenian territory.
Euljakjian and other mercenaries took part in the war against citizens and the army of Azerbaijan. He has been charged under articles 114.3 (participation of a mercenary in a military conflict or military operation), 214.2.1 (terrorism committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of Azerbaijan), and other articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. -02D-
