Baku /06.02.23 /Turan: The number of victims of the devastating earthquake in Turkey is growing rapidly.
Turkish Vice President Fuad Oktay said at around 11 a.m. Baku time that the death toll had reached 284 people. Another 2,323 people were injured. 1710 buildings were destroyed.
In turn, the head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Ayhan Hajizade, told Turan that the presence of Azerbaijani citizens among the victims is being clarified. A hotline has been set up at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Ankara. -16D-
