Speaker of Parliament Ogtay Asadov will attend the meeting of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to be held February 14-19 in Tehran.
During the visit, Asadov will meet with representatives of the Iranian Parliament. Speaker will be accompanied by members of the Iranian-Azerbaijani Interparliamentary Friendship Group, said Javanshir Akhundov, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Tehran –06D--

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
