Embassy of Japan provides a grant for the construction of the medical center in Oguz
Embassy of Japan in the framework of " Human development and security" provided a grant for the construction of the medical center in the village of Bucagi in Oguz region of Azerbaijan. Signing the grant agreement will take place on February 6 at 12:30 in Oguz with participation of the Ambassador of Japan to Azerbaijan, Tsuguo Takashini.
Agreement will be signed by the Ambassador Takashini and Ilgar Ilyasly, the head of the NGO "Yaddash", which will implement the project. Construction of the medical center for residents Bujag and three neighboring villages will cost $121,121.
Earlier, Japan's embassy funded two more projects in Oguz - improving rural water supply in the villages of Padar and Emiganly and construction of medical point in the village of Yagublu.
Based on the new project in the village of Bujag the Embassy of Japan has provided grants for development in Oguz region amounting $269,148.
Within the framework of the program "Human development and security" , the Japanese government in Azerbaijan supported 179 projects totaling $ 14,821,336 dollars.
The total amount of financial aid from Japan to Azerbaijan for improvement of economic infrastructure , agriculture , social services , culture, is more than one billion dollars.—06D—
