Astana/10.04.23/Turan: Presidents of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan Kassymzhomart Tokayev and Ilham Aliyev inaugurated Heydar Aliyev Street in the center of Astana on April 10.
The Head of Kazakhstan recalled that during his official visit to Baku last year, a number of agreements were reached on strengthening cultural and humanitarian cooperation, which became an important step in strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.
"It is our duty to perpetuate and preserve the memory of such world–class personalities as Heydar Aliyev. By opening a new street named after him in Astana, we are making an important contribution to this noble cause.
