Opposition proposes to stop exporting oil as anti-crisis measure
"Musavat" and "Umid" announced on Friday anti-crisis program with the recommendations of the Government to withdraw from the crisis. In particular, the authors propose conducting large-scale political and economic reforms and negotiations with the West. An integral part of the reform should be the release of all political prisoners, for the economy and politics are interconnected, say both parties.
The authors propose to strengthen attention to the development of non-oil sector, the reduction of ministries and committees.
"Umid" believes the current crisis in the country is for political reasons, and in particular with the stifling of freedom of speech and expression, repression of civil society and the restrictions on freedom of assembly.
"Musavat" party, in its anti-crisis program focuses on management reform, the elimination of a number of government departments. Most importantly, this is the change in the political and economic course of the authorities. Recovery of the economy requires transparent processes of import and export, the cessation of oil exports, if the price falls below 30 dollars. -04/03D-
