Organizers of the rally of the National Council are summoned to the Metropolitan Police
The organizers of the rally of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) Vahid Maharramli, Eldaniz Guliyev and Ibrahim Ibrahimli today were summoned to the Main Police Department of Baku, where they talked to the deputy chief of department Sahlab Bagirov.
A meeting is scheduled on Sunday at the stadium "Mehsul" from 17:00 to 19:00.
Guliyev told Turan, that the Police General has warned the organizers about the inadmissibility of illegal actions on the part of the protesters. In turn, opposition representatives said that they themselves are interested in holding a peaceful rally. At the same time, they noted the need for responsible action by the police.
Bagirov asked to postpone the meeting for an hour or two in advance to complete the action before nightfall. In response, Ibrahimli said that now it is impossible to do, because it can create confusion. -06D--
