Pashinyan again asks Putin to open Lachin road
Baku/07.04.23/Turan: On Friday, the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan called Russian President Vladimir Putin and again complained about the "humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of Azerbaijan's blockade of the Lachin corridor." This was reported by the press service of the Armenian government.
Pashinyan emphasized "the importance of consistent steps by Russian peacekeepers to overcome the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh."
The sides discussed the implementation of the trilateral statements of the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan dated November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021, October 31, 2022, including issues of unblocking transport infrastructures in the region.
Pashinyan and Putin also exchanged views on Armenian-Russian relations, the report says.
The last time Pashinyan asked Putin to force Azerbaijan to open the Lachin road on March 13. -02D-
