It is noteworthy that the head of the Security Service was Arthur Vanetsyan, is an officer who held a rather low position in the system - the deputy of the department in the city of Yerevan. This is the level of the captain.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was the deputy head of the Yerevan police, Valkeriy Osipyan, who "accompanied" the rallies of Pashinyan.
The most important appointment should be considered a return to the Ministry of Defense David Tonoyan. One of the most authoritative military, whom the previous leadership transferred the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
