Near the polling station in the village of Astanly of the 70th Neftchala electoral district, unknown assailants attacked the car of an observer from the candidate for deputy Vafa Naghi, who is running for the early Parliamentary elections. Naghi reports on a social network about a car window broken with a stone.

By 10:00 a.m., voter turnout in the snap parliamentary elections was 9.92%, the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan reported.

“Carousels” at the elections are getting mass character, "Musavat" Party has stated. According to the Party's press release, at the 24th polling station of the 17th Yasamal third electoral district of Baku, even people registered in the country's regions are voting.
