Promulgated Composition of Monitoring Mission by European Parliament at Elections in Azerbaijan
MEP Pino ARLACCHI (S & D, IT) has been elected head of a seven MEPs strong delegation to Azerbaijan which will observe the presidential elections of October 9, 2013 .
