Rocket attack on passenger train in Ukraine kills 25 people
Baku/25.08.22/Turan: On August 24, Russia launched a missile attack on the Chaplino railway station in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. As a result, 25 people were killed, Kirill Timoshenko, a spokesman for the Ukrainian presidential office, said.
"Rescue and search operations have been completed in the settlement of Chaplino. As a result of the shelling of the residential sector and the railway station, 25 people were killed, of whom two were children," he said.
Of the dead, five were burned in a car, including a 6-year-old child.
A total of 31 people were injured in the rocket attack. -02D-
