Saudi Companies Invited to Azerbaijan
Being on an official visit to Saudi Arabia, President Ilham Aliyev met on April 5 at Riyadh with the Saudi Finance Minister Ibrahim Al Assaf.
As stated in an official statement, the sides reported about good opportunities for various projects in the economic, infrastructure and other areas. They discussed the implementation of various projects in the social sphere, in the field of irrigation, agriculture and others.
The same day, Aliyev met with the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia Ali Al Nuaimi. They exchanged views on oil prices in the world market. They noted there are good opportunities for companies of Saudi Arabia in Azerbaijan as contractors and investors.
In particular, the Saudi side was informed about the project of the Southern Gas Corridor. -02D-
