During the meeting of defense ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia in Moscow this week was touched a scandalous statement by commander of the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia , Colonel Andrei Ruzinsky, radio "Azadlig" reported.
Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Zakir Hasanov, told his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu about the statement by the commander of the 102nd military base, published in the newspaper "Red Star" that if Azerbaijan tries to return Karabakh under its jurisdiction , the 102 base will intervene in the conflict.
