Shootout during the OSCE monitoring
On 29 January, during the OSCE monitoring on contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces an incident happened near the village of Mazam in Gazakh region, according to the press service of the Ministry of Defense
Azerbaijan, the Armenian side did not lead to a pre-agreed location field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman. For this reason, conducting the monitoring delayed.
Toward the end of monitoring the Armenian side fired at Azerbaijani positions near the place where he was monitoring. In turn, the Armenian authorities have indicated that in the course of monitoring the Azerbaijani side fired the village of Berkaber. -02D-
