On 29 January, during the OSCE monitoring on contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces an incident happened near the village of Mazam in Gazakh region, according to the press service of the Ministry of Defense
Azerbaijan, the Armenian side did not lead to a pre-agreed location field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman. For this reason, conducting the monitoring delayed.
