Shots fired on Armenian-Azerbaijani border and in Karabakh
Baku/06.03.23/Turan: From 3 p.m. on March 5 to 3 a.m. on March 6 Azerbaijani armed forces were fired from Armenian positions 19 times.
Mortars and small arms fire was launched from the Armenian territory towards Astaf (Dashkesan region), Yellija, Mollabayramly, Yukhary Ayrym (Kelbajar region) and Goyally (Gedabey region) settlements.
At the same time the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces were shelled in the direction of Shusha city. The Azerbaijani side retaliated, the press service of the Ministry of Defense said in a report. -0-

On February 3, the trial of public activist Nijat Ibrahim will begin in the Baku Serious Crimes Court. This decision was made on Wednesday at a preparatory hearing by Judge Aygun Gurbanova. According to lawyer Zibeida Sadigova, Ibrahim was taken to court in handcuffs. There were guards sitting next to him throughout the whole process.
