SOCAR denied Armenian media reports on the purchase of a bitumen plant in Armenia
Baku/01.22.22/Turan: The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has denied Armenian media reports about plans for a bitumen plant in the Stepanavan settlement in Armenia. According to these reports, SOCAR intends to purchase this plant through Georgian intermediaries.
