Baku / 28.08.18 / Turan: By an order of the head of state on August 28, the scandalous head of the executive power of Ganja - Elmar Veliyev was dismissed from this post. Muzaffar Bayramov, who previously worked as the head of the executive power of the city of Mingechevir, was appointed instead of him.
On July 3, Veliyev who has a reputation of a rude and ill-mannered man Veliyev, was seriously injured by a citizen of the city of Ganja, Yunis Safarov, for insults and humiliation of citizens. After that, riots broke out in the city, during which two police officers were killed. The authorities did not find anything better but explained the intrigues by religious radicals. -02D-
