The number of civilians killed because of shelling by the Armenian Armed Forces reaches 22
Baku/04.10.20/Turan: The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan announced the death of two residents of the city of Beylagan during yesterday's rocket attack on this settlement.
In the evening, Ismailova Zulfiya Iskender gizi (born in 1976) and her sister Asadova Arzu Iskender gizi (born in 1998) were killed under the rubble of a house collapsed from a shell explosion.
Also, residents of the city of Balakishiyev, Etibar Tevekkul oglu (born 1982) and Bashirova Sevda Yashar gizi (born 1969), also received bodily injuries of varying severity, they were hospitalized.
During yesterday's shelling, Mammadov Safar Eyyub oglu (born in 1966) and Guliyev Akif Yunis oglu were also hospitalized with various bodily injuries. One of the wounded in the city of Tartar also died during the shelling on October 2.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the total number of civilian deaths from September 27 to the end of the day on October 3 increased to 22, and the number of wounded - 74.-06В-

According to the Turkish newspaper Sabah, officials from the Istanbul Prosecutor's Office's Anti-Smuggling Unit have detained an Azerbaijani citizen with a large shipment of gold. The detention took place near the Vadi İstanbul shopping center in the Sarıyer district, where a taxi was stopped. During the search, 70 kg of gold was found. The Azerbaijani citizen in the vehicle claimed ownership of the cargo and also stated that he was a diplomat. The investigation by the prosecutor's office is ongoing, reports Sabah newspaper. The media outlet does not disclose the name of the "diplomat," only his initials – M.G.Ş. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declined to comment on the situation.
