The OSCE Mission in Nakhchivan
On September 25, there was a one-day visit to Nakhchivan by the head of the OSCE observer mission, Tana de Zulueta, and the analyst on Legal Affairs, Megan Fitzgerald.
As the zone correspondent for Turan reported, during the visit the OSCE representatives met with the Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Vasif Talibov.
Then the guests assessed the pre-election situation and visited the Nakhchivan City Electoral District N4.
The OSCE also held a meeting with local representatives of the Musavat, Popular Front, Umid, Civil Solidarity and New Azerbaijan parties.
The pre-election situation in the NAR was widely discussed with the human right defenders Malahat Nasibova, Ilgar Nasibov, and Hakimeldostu Mehdiyev . -05D04-
