The trial of a Russian mercenary who fought in Karabakh
Baku/23.06.21/Turan: The Baku Court for Serious Crimes held a preparatory hearing in the case of Russian citizen Eduard Dubakov accused of participating in the Karabakh fighting against the Azerbaijani armed forces.
The court said that the hearing of the case is scheduled to take place on June 30.
Dubakova is charged under Articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan as follows: 214-3. 1 (terrorism), 218.2 (participation in a criminal community), 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of Azerbaijan).
