The U.S. Embassy denied Novruz Mamedov
Novruz Mamedov’s claim US involvement in the supposed Molotov cocktail plot is not true, Turan was told in the press service of the U.S. Embassy asked to comment on the allegations of the deputy head of the presidential administration.
Turan recalls that commenting on the calls by U.S. Ambassador Richard Morningstar to official Baku to stop the persecution of civil society, Mamedov said that the ambassador should not teach the Azerbaijani government.
Inspired in the reasoning, Mamedov agreed to the fact that the use of Molotov cocktails was initiated by the U.S. He referred to "numerous publications of foreign media.” – 02B-
