The US has not yet commented on the counter-terrorism operation in Karabakh
Baku/19.09.23/Turan: During the ongoing UN General Assembly in New York, John Kirby, the coordinator for Strategic Communications at the White House National Security Council accompanying US President Joe Biden, declined to respond to a question posed by a correspondent from TASS regarding the escalating situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Kirby cited his current commitments but did not rule out the possibility of addressing the situation at a later time.
Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, who had also arrived at the General Assembly, refrained from offering comments or answers to questions concerning the developments in Nagorno-Karabakh.
