The US State Department called to release Afgan Mukhtarly
Washington/13.01.18/Turan: The spokesperson of the US State Department Heather Nauert has made a statement on January 12.
"We urge Azerbaijan's government to release Mr. Mukhtarli. We continue to follow the Georgian investigation into the reported abduction and reiterate our call that it be full, transparent & timely", - reads the statement.
Recall that Afgan Mukhtarly was sentenced in Azerbaijan to 6 years prison the same day.-02D-
