Baku / 12.07.19 / Turan: On July 12, the Judicial Legal Council (JLC) decided to dismiss three judges from their positions and transfer them to another job.
This was reported to Turan from the JLC.
We are talking about the punishment of the chairman of the Ganja Administrative and Economic Court Natig Abbasov and the judge of this court Kamil Rzayev, as well as the judge of the Goygol district court Rafig Mammadov.
The JLC said this decision was a response to "a gross violation of the requirements of the law by the judges and the creation of conditions for corruption, red tape and other violations."
Several other judges have been brought to disciplinary responsibility. -06D--
