Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan Discuss Prospects for Oil and Gas Supplies to Europe
Baku / 31.05.19 / Turan: President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Novruz Mamedov in Ashgabat on May 30.
During the meeting, various areas of bilateral cooperation were discussed, and the sides focused on great opportunities for partnership in the trade, economic and energy fields, the Turkmen leader"s press service said.
"Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan have significant reserves of oil and gas, modern transport and logistics infrastructure, which creates optimal conditions for organizing long-term energy supplies to the countries of the Eurasian continent," the report said. -02D-
