Twenty-Third Annual Sessions of the Crans Montana Forum Opens in Baku
Twenty-third annual session of the international cultural Crans Montana Forum will be held in Baku on June 28 -July 1.
The event, which will be attended by the prime ministers, speakers and officials from dozens of states, is called "Addressing to the changing world! What energy and for which world? "
The event will be held at the JW Marriott chaired by President Ilham Aliyev. The first session is called “How to build a better World despite the perverse effects of Globalization?”
The presidents of Macedonia Georgi Ivanov, Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, Montenegro, Filip Vujanovic, the speaker of the Estonian Parliament, Ene Ergma, and others will make speechs at the session.
Among the discussed topics will be the fight against terrorism, the role of energy in
International affairs, the impact of regional conflicts in the energy policy, global perspective of the world gas market, renewable energy, e-government, cultural exchange and dialogue among civilizations and others issues. -02D-
