US-Azerbaijan Consultations on Defense Issues
The US-Azerbaijani consultations on defense issues were held in Washington D.C. on March 23, the press service of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan said.
According to the same source, the sides discussed cooperation in the framework of the Individual Partnership Program (IPAP) with NATO, as well as other issues of mutual interest. The delegation of Azerbaijan was headed by the head of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense, General Huseyn Mahmudov.
