US can reduce assistance to Azerbaijan by 100%

These reductions are planned for the 2018 fiscal year. Thus, financial assistance to Armenia will be reduced by 77.3% - up to $ 4 million. Assistance to Azerbaijan (7 million) and Belarus will be reduced by 100%, and Georgia by 41.1%, Ukraine - by 68.8%.
