Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Eric Rubin arrived for a short visit to Baku. At the request of the agency Turan in the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan they reported that Rubin will meet with senior government officials and civil society representatives .
