World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC) has condemned the conflicting statements which Ramiz Mehdiyev, the head of the Presidential Administration, made in Iran.
According to the statement of the WAC, some representatives of official Baku in Washington condemned Iran, and Mehdiyev is singing the praises in Tehran.
To praise the Tehran regime, means that he knows nothing about the fate of Azerbaijanis who fled the Iranian oppression, and to be indifferent to them.
Praise Tehran is not permissible when Azerbaijanis in this country do not have the opportunity to learn in their native language, reads the statement.
On the other hand, anti-Western statements of Mehdiyev in Iran create different problems for Azerbaijan, reads the statement.—05D06-
