Yashar Jafarli: Safar Abiyev is involved in provocation
On Monday, a group of employees of the Ministry of Defense tried to prevent a roundtable organized by the Public Association of Reserve Officers to discuss the situation in the army.
Thus, seven officers of the Defense Ministry, majors and lieutenant-colonels came to the event uninvited and brought audiovisual equipment.
The head of the NGO, Yashar Jafarli, demanded by officers to leave the premises. They, refused, accusing the organizers of "not transparency."
Jafarli regarded it as a provocation of the military department. "Safar Abiyev is inciting officers against each other, and is involved in provocation," he said.
During the debate, near the office of the Association of Reserve Officers, there was a Range Rover car with tinted windows, from which the office was monitored. –05D06-
