Yerevan again repeated that it would not give out Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev
Baku / 21.05.19 / Turan: The OSCE MG Co-Chairs will visit the region at the end of May, they will visit Armenia, Azerbaijan and Karabakh, the press secretary of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Anna Naghdalyan said this at a briefing in Yerevan on Tuesday.
She confirmed that the co-chairs suggested holding a regular meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, without specifying where and when it could take place.
Touching on the proposal of Baku to exchange prisoners on the principle of "all for all", Naghdalyan made it clear that they would not change Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev, accused of killing a teenager.
After the latest meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries in Moscow in April, the parties made statements on humanistic steps. In particular, it meant the exchange of all the prisoners, the organization of mutual trips of journalists. These initiatives were actively supported by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. -02D-

The United States and the European Union, which tried to position themselves as mediators in the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, have come up with nothing and merely copied Russia's ideas, distorting their essence in order to "hijack" the peace process for themselves. However, their true goal was to take control of the region, to insert themselves into it, and to push out Russia, as well as Iran and Türkiye, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated at a briefing on November 13.
