Yerevan Proposes to Establish Operational Communication in the Nakhchivan Direction
Yerevan / 30.10.18 / Turan: On Monday, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group met with Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Defense Minister David Tonoyan.
As reported by the Arminfo news agency, at a meeting in the Foreign Ministry Mnatsakanyan expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics formed in the Karabakh settlement.
The parties touched upon the agreements reached between Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Dushanbe. Mnatsakanyan noted that their practical application is aimed at creating and stimulating an atmosphere of peace.
At a meeting of the MG co-chairs at the Armenian Defense Ministry, Tonoyan, noting the importance of the agreement between Pashinyan and Aliyev on the establishment of operational communications, expressed the hope that the co-chairs would help in creating similar operational communications in the Nakhchivan direction.
Note that on Tuesday the co-chairs will visit Nagorno-Karabakh, and then arrive in Baku. -02D-
