Pashazadeh: Boundaries Redrawn in Middle East

In the world and in particular in the Middle East there is a brewing "religion," which under the guise of faith tries to present anti-human actions as a fight for the faith. Sheikh Allahshukur Pashazadeh said this in the interview with Turan, commenting on the events in Syria and Iraq.

At the same time, the world's centers of power, using force against radical groups in Syria, are trying to present them as "Islamists".

"After all, everyone knows that this evil is only covered with the name of Islam and has nothing to do with the true religion. Therefore, the announcement of an Islamic state by radicals in Syria is a real aggression and occupation," said the Sheikh.

When asked why it is done, the Sheikh said that the attempts of certain circles of the world to flirt with radicals, or use them for their own geopolitical interests are a dangerous game that casts a shadow on the entire Islamic world.

"By the way, among the terrorists there are not only representatives of the Muslim countries. This union creates a new criminal ideology called “new religion," the Sheikh noted.

What impact will these events have on the region and the rest of the world? For this the Sheikh said that these processes pose a serious threat to all the three world religions, which are faced with a new and very serious challenge.

The logical continuation of these negative processes will be redrawing the boundaries of a number of Islamic countries. "This will be a repetition of the events of the 20s - 30s of the XX century, when the borders of several countries were set arbitrarily, as a result of wars."

In the collapsed Ottoman period the boundaries of the new countries were set arbitrarily and very conditionally.

"The scale of the current bloody processes in the same region shows the inevitability of boundary changes. The situation is aggravated by the fact that some of the world's centers of power are also interested in that," the Sheikh underscored.

Finally Allahshukur Pashazadeh made a disappointing conclusion that the redistribution of boundaries is not completed, and it will not stop the bloodshed and unprecedented tragedy of entire nations. -05B-
