16 kilo of heroin seized from drug couriers in Jalilabad
Baku/28.02.22/Turan: As a result of joint operations of the Jalilabad District Police Department and the State Security Service, 17 kilo of drugs were confiscated form the drug couriers attracted by the drug dealer from abroad.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the course of joint actions of the police and the State Security Service in the village of Farzili, a resident of Baku Gabil Azizli and a resident of Jalilabad, previously convicted Vugar Mammadov, were detained.
During the search, about 16 kg were seized from them. heroin and over 1 kilogram of dried marijuana.
The suspects purchased the drugs through a drug dealer residing in a foreign country.
