225 students and 159 teachers infected with coronavirus in three weeks
Baku/23.02.21/Turan: During the period of February 1-21, 225 students and 159 school teachers were infected with the coronavirus throughout the country, the message of the Ministry of Education on Tuesday 23 February.
For February 22, the number of classes conducting distant classes was 84, and schools with distant education reached four.
By the decision of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, four educational institutions were transferred to distance learning - Baku Arts Gymnasium, Baku School No. 82, Ganja School No. 37 and Afatli Village School in Aghdam region.
Lessons in schools in the country have been resumed starting on February 1 after a long closure from the coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, schools in the country, the number of which is 4427, resumed classes partially in 71 764 classes. The total number of students who returned to classes was 600 thousand, and teachers and staff - 120 thousand. -02D-
