2,440 new cases of coronavirus infection per day
Baku/05.11.21/Turan: In Azerbaijan, over the past day, 2,440 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected, 2,016 people have recovered, 26 - died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers reported on November 5.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 542,150 cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Azerbaijan, including 503,524 people have recovered, 7,208 have died, treatment of 31,418 active patients continues.
Over the past day, 13,794 tests were carried out to identify new cases of coronavirus infection.
Also, 42 918 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Azerbaijan per day.
During the day, the number of those who received the first dose of the vaccine was 6 134, the second dose was received by 9 669, the booster dose - 27 115 people.
The total number of people vaccinated in the country is 9,841,784, the total number of those who received the first dose of the vaccine is 4,986,441, the second dose was 4,416,480, and the booster dose was 438,863. — 06D-
