Baku/04.07.23/Turan: On July 4, the hotline "112" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan received information about the discovery of ammunition on the territory of the village of Balakhany in the Sabunchi district of Baku, the statement of the ministry.
The sappers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were sent to the scene, who, together with law enforcement officers, took security measures, inspected the scene, where they found 1 F-1 hand grenade.
The ammunition was removed from the territory for neutralization by specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
No other dangerous or suspicious items were found during an additional inspection of the scene and the surrounding area, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in conclusion.
Judging by the widespread operational videoby the MES, the grenade was found in a vacant lot in the village of Balakhany. ---06B---
