As a result of search operations by the Binagadi district police and proosecutors, Yashar Yusifov who raped a seven7-year-old girl was arrested.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, on June 14 in the morning Yashar Yusifov, born in 1956, in a drunken state, raped the daughter of his lodger, Jafarova Lala (name was changed.)The child was brought body injuries.
Thereafter Yusifov disappeared. A lawsuit was filed under Article 149.3.3 of the Criminal Code ( the rape of girl under 14 years old.)
Some time later, Yusifov was detained and arrested. The investigation is ongoing.
The Article of the Criminal Code provides only eight to 15 years of imprisonment. -06D-
