A number of universities refuse the admission of students
In the 2015/2016 academic year, the plan for the admission of students to universities of Azerbaijan at the undergraduate level will rise by 4.6%.
Thus, it is expected to take 39,497 students, including 11,799 on the basis of the state order, told Turan in the Ministry of Education.
The plan of admission of students in the distance education reduced by 77%, but increased admission to full-time office. In the correspondence department admission of students to teaching profession is not planned.

Private universities increase admittance of students by 6.1% and the total was 6549 students.

Admission to the Masters this year increased by 167 places, where from 6492 places 2522 will be given on the state order.
