Recreation center "Nabran" in the Khachmaz region has been deprived of a license, according to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The reason is the conclusion of the Monitoring Committee, which found serious shortcomings in the work of the Center, owned by the company "CTF". In particular, deficiencies relate to the safety of people having a rest.
The Ministry has prepared safety rules on the use of the pools, which are directed to entrepreneurs, and should be fulfilled within five days. Otherwise, sanctions will be applied against travel agency, they even may be closed.
It is noted that the employees of the Ministry of Culture will control the implementation of the rules; they will visit the recreation centers as a "mystery guest."
The Ministry of Culture, " has woke up" and remembered about the safety of resting people after the tragedy in the recreation center "Nabran", where a three-year-old boy lost his leg in the pool. However, it is not clear why security measures must be checked by a "mystery guest"? -16D04-
