Court Sentences Activist to Eight Days of Arrest (updated)
Baku/20.02.21/Turan: Today the Masalli district court sentenced the PFPA activist Elvin Bayramov to 8 days of administrative arrest.
“We were not allowed into the courtroom. And we do not know what my brother was accused of and whether he even had a lawyer,” the activist's brother Bala Bayramov told Turan. -0-

PFPA Activist Detained
Baku/20.02.21/Turan: Member of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) Elvin Bahramov was detained on February 19 and taken to the Masalli regional police department.
Turan was informed about this by his brother Baba Bahramov.
“The reason for the arrest is not known. He was taken to the police yesterday evening (February 19). The police do not report anything about the reasons for the arrest. The police leadership does not accept us,” Baba Bahramov said. –06D-
