All "Terter case" defendants acquitted on charges of treason
Baku/06.12.22/Turan: All 19 defendants in the "Terter case", released following the results of the repeated investigation of the Prosecutor General's Office, were acquitted under Article 274 (treason) of the Criminal Code. This was stated by the head of the Baku Human Rights Club Rasul Jafarov in an interview with a Turan correspondent.
At the same time, 10 people were released on exculpatory grounds.
At the same time, 9 of them had other charges relating to crimes against military service, etc.
According to the human rights activist, these charges were also dropped from them after the expiration of the "statute of limitations" or "due to changed circumstances." -06B-

In a bid to modernize and regulate the taxi industry in Baku, mobile patrols of the state traffic police have launched a series of raids aimed at ensuring that taxi drivers comply with newly established requirements.
