Apple Services Failed – Society Touched
Another failure of Apple's services unpleasantly surprised people the past two days. Problems arose when downloading the latest update that got all the users of smartphones and Ipad.
When entering personal information, Ipad and Iphone get locked and you cannot unlock them.
When you contact the Apple Authorized Service Representative, you are offered to wait a month, as unlocking through the system Icloud is not currently possible. This explanation was given to Turan’s correspondent in the official representation, without explaining why it is necessary to wait that long.
Judging by the polls in Baku stores selling Apple products, hundreds of people over the past day addressed this complaint to the services which were powerless.
The most interesting thing is that Azerbaijan is not in the list of countries whose citizens can apply directly to the Apple customer service department to solve this technical problem.
Why the country - leader in the region is not in the list of countries with which Apple works is hard to say, and the question should be addressed to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications. However, Azerbaijan’s neighbors Armenia and Georgia are present in the list.
Such global disruptions from Apple occur regularly every two to three months, which is understandable in principle. However why the company’s services work so badly and slowly to eliminate technical failures cannot be explained, if we consider that Apple is the richest and largest company in the world now. -02B-
