Armenians reported two killed on the border
June 5 at the border between Armenia and the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic two Armenian soldiers were shot - Andranik Egoyan (born 1988) and Boris Gasparyan (1992). According to the press service of the Defense Ministry of Armenia, the fire was opened from the Azerbaijani side.
The Armenian Defense Ministry announced it a "provocation" of Azerbaijan to "artificially destabilize the situation."
In connection with the incident, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia called the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk to inform him about the incident.
In turn, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has not commented on these allegations.
Earlier, the Armenian side shot two Azerbaijani servicemen. -02D-
