Arrested D18 leader goes on hunger strike
Baku/21.09.22/Turan: The leader of the D 18 movement, Ahmad Mammadli, arrested on September 20 for 30 days in an administrative order, began a hunger strike, D18 members, who consider the arrest to be a political order, told Turan. The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not comment on reports of a hunger strike.
Mammadli was accused of disobedience to the police, but members of the organization believe that the real reason for the arrest was criticism of the authorities. --0--
