"Azad has been on a hunger strike for the sixth day. His condition worsened and after being examined by a doctor today he was transferred to a medical unit," said Hajibeyli. He noted that the detention center leadership was putting pressure on Hasanov to end the hunger strike.
In the public relations department of the Penitentiary Service, at the request of Turan, in connection with the allegation of deterioration of Hasanov's health, they said that information should be clarified in the detention center.
However, later representatives of the department were not available for comments.
