Azerbaijan lifts restrictions on flights from 23 more countries
Baku/16.10.21/Turan: Azerbaijan opens air travel to the country for the citizens of 23 more countries.
This is provided by the amendments in the decision of the Cabinet Ministers № 151 "On measures to extend the special quarantine regime and removal of certain restrictions" from 26 May 2021.
According to the document, citizens of the below-cited states and foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in these countries are allowed to enter the country by air - Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, South Korea, Chile, Ecuador, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Mexico, Morocco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Norway, Oman, Panama, El Salvador, Uruguay and New Zealand.
At the same time, passengers arriving in Azerbaijan must have COVID passports, certificates of immunity and the negative results of PCR-test passed 72 hours before departure.
Note that earlier, starting from June 10, Azerbaijan gradually lifted restrictions on entry from more than 50 countries.-0-
