Azerbaijan recorded 158 new cases of infection with COVID-19
Baku/16.05.20/Turan: Azerbaijan recorded 158 new cases of infection with COVID-19, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on Saturday.
According to the same source, 58 patients have been cured in the last day.
The number of infected was 3138.
1944 people recovered, and were discharged from hospitals, 36 died.
In medical facilities of the special regime, treatment continues for 1158 patients.
Condition 41 is assessed as severe, 52 – moderate.
226,005 tests were conducted.
Note that 158 cases of infection per day is an anti-record for Azerbaijan.
